Miscellaneous Notes
The readings of colophons differ regarding the name of the author, some reads: śrīnīlakaṇṭhaśivācārya and others śrīkaṇṭhaśivācārya; a colophon on fol. 19 reads: " iti śrīnīlakaṇṭhaśivācāryaviracite brahmamīmāṃsābhāṣye prathamasyādhyāyasya prathamaḥ pādaḥ।". Regarding the condition of folios: few folios at the beginning are existent only with their middle portion; the left edge of next few folios is broken; at the end the right half of few folios is broken. Since the edges of folios are broken and the original numbers on all folios are not traceable, a continuous duplicate pagination has been made which counts 1 - 81. Also because of abrupt starting of the text it could be assumed that few folios at the beginning are missing
