There are two extra folios at the beginning, of which the recto of the first folio records benedictory lines viz. śubhamastu & hariḥ oṃ; and the verso of the second folio records fragment of certain text. In fact, there is no direct indication that this text belongs to kumāratantra; but it has been assumed so because this text follows the fragment of the text which has been attributed to kumāratantra.
