This text has been scribed in three sections, of which the first records jātakarmādisahatantra, second seems to be vivāha and the third mahāsamāvartana. There is an extra folio at the beginning which records few titles on recto and certain vedic hymn on verso. In pagination, a folio in between 30 & 31 has been numbered 31A

Fol - 1a, l - 1; pādau prakṣyālyācamya namassadase + sī . Tya aśvinī nakṣatre meṣarāśau jātasya jātakarma-nāmakaraṇopaniṣkānnaprāśanakarṇavedha-caulopanayanakarmābhissahatantrakartāraṃbhaṃ kartuṃ yogyatāsiddhirastviti bhavatvityanugṛhāṇa ।
