Fol - 21a, l - 1; mṛtā caiva svatā caiva jīvahā prāṇahā tathā। ākarṣagranthitaścaiva pramādāvisphuliṃgini। kṣetrapratiharatyetāḥ prāṇada dūtyastuyādikāḥ। oṃ aṃ āṃ hriṃ kroṃ yaralavaśaṣasahoṃ haṃsassohaṃ sohaṃ haṃsaḥ।
