Fol - 1a, col-1, l - 1; mūṣikavāhana modakahastā cāmarakarṇā vilaṃbitasūtrā। vāmanarūpā maheśvaraputrā vighnavināyaka pādanamaste ॥ guhasahāyam । devīsahāyam । viṣṇusahāyam। śivasahāyam । kālīsahāyam । śubhamastu । avighnamastu । ārogyamastu । acalamaiśvaryamastu । oṃ devadevasutaṃ devaṃ jegatvighnavināyakaṃ hastīrūpaṃ mahākāyaṃ sūryakoṭisamaprabham ।
