'a' side of the title leaf of the Ms. contains the expressions śubhamastu, śrīgurubhyo namaḥ, śivamayam. idaṃ pustakaṃ bhadrakālipratiṣṭhāi, reṇukāpratiṣṭhai, śālaveḍu naṭeśagurukkaL. bahudhānya vatsaraṃ dhanurmāsam 15. śukravāram revatīnakṣatram kūṭiya and cupatiṉattil e_juta ārampittatu cālaveṭu naṭeca kurukkaL. Fol. 24a also contains pīṭhasthamaṇikāśaktidhyāna. And also it mentions the date of the copying of the text as : bahudhānyavatsara, makaramāsa, 27th day
