It contains 1-40 adhyāya-s. Fol. 113 gives information about the author that he is the son of varadācārya bhāradvāja kula. The date of completing the copying of the text is : kīlaka, māsi mā. 29dt. śuklapakṣa, trayodaśī, somavāra, āśleṣānakṣatra in kaṇṇārūr (indrapura) at vīravaranāthasvāmī temple. The title leaf of the Ms. contains on its 'a' side the title kālaprakāśikai; the first added title-leaf contains on its 'a' side salutation to guru, ganādhipa, etc. 'b' side contains the date of stating the copying of the kālaprakāśikā......ṣaram, uṛścika māsam 25dt. sthiravāra, ...r̤ābhādrānakṣatra; the second added title leaf contains on its 'a' side salutation to pati, pañcākṣaraśivācārya, etc. Fol. 114 contains kṣetrapiṇḍavidhi
