'a' side of the title-leaf contains the expressions siddhāntasārāvali - vacanasahitamūla, sarve jana avaitu(?); 'b' side of the title leaf contains P.T. Rājaṉ - parṇiccar Mārṭ, Pondicherry; fol. 1b contains references to jalasamprokṣaṇa, āvarta, anāvarta and antaruta[pratiṣṭhā] and to bālālaya; fol. 1Ab contains [siddhāntasārāvali kriyādīpādarthaślokasaṅkhyādyotakśloka]. For kriyāpāda and yogapāda the scribe is muttuśarmā and for caryāpāda the scribe is muktiśvara son of ṣaṇmukhaguru of ātreyagotra. The date of completing the copying of kriyāpāda is ānanda, citra, śuklatrayodaśī somavāra; for yogapāda the date of complete of copying is ānda, citra, śuklacaturdaśī, guru[vāra]; the date of copying the caryāpāda is ānanda, jyeṣṭha 17dt. guruvāsara, śuklacaturthi, āśleṣānakṣatra
