This text is a traties on astrology, fixing auspicious dates for performing different rites, aṅkurārpaṇa etc. The text has at present 52 adhyāya-s and a fragment of the [53rd] (incomplete). It also includes a leaf with no. 59Aa containing galacandrādilakṣaṇa and about nakṣatra-s uccaviṣaya. 'a' side of the title-leaf contains kālapirakācikai and on its 'b' side synonyms of the nakṣatra-s stating from aśvati and ends with pūrvasu[punarvasu ?] (incomplete)
