Fol - 37b, l - 1; divya śrīmadatirahasyatara mahāpuṇyatara cidaṃbareśvaramahāmantra aṣṭavāgdevatānyāsa aṣṭatraṃśatkalānyāsa[aṣṭatriṃśatkalānyāsa] mātṛkāsthānanyāsākhya mahānyāsaṃ kariṣye । asya śrīcidaṃbareśvaramahāmantrasya oṃ īśānatatpuruṣāghoravāmadevasadyojāta sadāśiva sabhāpatayoṛṣaye namaḥ ।
