Fol - 1a, l - 1; 1) śāntitoraṇāya brāhmī maheśvarī 2) bhūtoraṇāyaṃ kumārī vaiṣṇavī 3) ārogya toraṇāya cāmuṇḍī caṇḍikā 4) vijayatoraṇāya vārāhī nārasiṃhī umākātyāyani gaurī hemav . ambikā mṛdhā rūṇā hi paśupati khaḍgaṃ pāśaṅkuśaṃ caiva damarūñca kapālakam। dhvajaṃ vetālakṣurikaṃ triśulañca gadāṃ tathā॥ iti bhadrakālyāḥ॥
