It contains śaṅkarasaṃhitā and śivarahasyakhaṇḍa. It starts from sambhavakāṇḍa to upadeśakāṇḍa. The text contains 244 adhyāya-s. The first unnumbered leaf found at the end contains some domestic accounts in Tamil on its 'a' side and the second leaf contains few lines from the said purāṇa(yuddhakāṇḍa) on its 'b' side. A small leaf in between fols. 226 and 227 contain the left out portion of the fol. 227a. The date of copying the text : manmatha, vaiśākha, śuklapakṣa caturdaśi - anūrādhānakṣatra, bhauma vāsara
