It contains śivamaṇḍapapūjāvidhipaṭala to utsavādiprāyaścittapaṭala. 'a' side of the fly-leaf contains the statement kāmikāgamam pratiṣṭhāantram kriyāpādam śivamaṇṭapapūjādi dvitīyālekhaḥ and kaitasanathaśivācāryeṇasiddhārthināmasaṃvatsare kalyabda 4660 -(?)- likhitam. Front side of the front wooden plank contains reference to the contents (incomplete) of the [Ms.] in Tamil
