'a' side of the 1st fly-leaf cotnains the expressions 4 and akora in pencile, on its 'b' side some household account in tamil and the expression like, kaṇapati... caracuvati... in Tamil. 'a' side of the 2nd fly-leaf contains the statement 1013 varu. tiruvenelveli nāṅkuṇeeṟittālūka paṉakuṭiyillirukkum tevucikāmaṇi paṭṭar eḻutiṉatu in Tamil; fols. 1-9b contain śivakāmasundarāmbasameta 'sritirunāgeśvara uṣaḥkāladipūjāṅga vighneśvarapūjā, some kalpa and puṇyāhavacana, etc. (incomplete)
