It pertains to sundareśvara with the goddess mīnākṣī and vighneśvarapūjā, puṇyāha etc. (incomplete). 'a' side of the fly-leaf contains the expressions "puṇyāhavācanam "kumbhastha [ā?]para po[u] stakam" and the date beginning to copy the Ms. is given as 1061 varu. piraṭṭāci mā., 16dt. Fols. 30a-31b contain śiva[sevāphala] and fols.32a-33b contain cūrṇotsava and kalyāhakrama a fragment
