This text deals with the 13th sarga of naiṣadha of śrīharṣa. Here only 49 śloka-s are scribe where as 55 verses are there in the printed text. In the beginning there are three folio-s which reads 1 to 33 verses of naiṣadha and fol 4 to 34 contains 1 to 49 verses of 13th chapter with commentary which is very similar to mallinatha's commentary but there are some differnet readings also
