Since the author himself declares mention through out the text that he is the author of the text called kramadīpikā so presumably the authorship of this text goes to him. There is a note on the beginning of the unnumbered folio of this manuscript in grantha as well as in Tamil language. It also refers that this manuscript belongs to M. Gaṇapati gurukkal, Tirchendur. Both the sides of the folios of this manuscript are written

Fol - 1, l - 1; prapañcasārasaṃgrahe prthamapaṭalaḥ। natvā śrīśaṃkarācāryaṃ amarendrayatīśvaraṃ kurve prabhañcasārasyasārasaṃgrahamuttamaṃ iti prapañcasāre। yadyat śaṃkarācāryai uttamaṃ trayaṃ triprayogādi tatsarvamapīsārabhūtameva।
