Miscellaneous Notes
In fact this is a paper copy of the microfilm of a manuscript belonging to BORI with No. 144 of 1883 - 84. Folio 1 record few informations regarding the manuscript which record the title of the text as: yogavāsiṣṭhapradīpikā, where as the existing colophons do not agree with that. The end of fol. -71 and fol.72 record a fragment of mahimnaṭīkā. The microfilm copy of fol.24 and 36 are missing in this bundle. For details of the original manuscript (with title yogavāsiṣṭhasāradīpikā) see the Descriptive catalouge of BORI, Vol - IX, Part - II, No.806, p.406, 1955

Fol - 2, l - 1; śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ । oṃ lakṣmīkāṃntaṃ namaskṛtya yathāmati viracyate । vāsiṣṭhasāravivṛtiḥ paropakṛtaye mayā । vāvasiṣṭena yatīndreṇopadiṣṭādrāghavaṃ prati । sāramuddhṛtavān kaścidbrahmavidyāmahārṇavāt ॥ 2 ॥ tatrādau vāsiṣṭhasārākhyaṃ grantha prāripśustatpratipādanarūpaṃ maṃgalamācarati ।

Fol - 71, l - 3; yathā vīciḥ taraṃgādirnacāsti na ca nāsti ca tathā idaṃ jagat brahmaṇi asti na cāsti 33 iti śrīyogavāsiṣṭasāraṭīkāyāṃ parambrahmarūpavarṇanaṃ nāma daśamaprakaraṇaṃ samāptā yogavāsiṣṭasāraṭīkā ॥ śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ atha mahimnaḥ pāraṭīkā ॥ oṃ namaḥ śivāya sa śivāya oṃ mahimnaḥ pāraṃ te paramaviduṣo yadyasadṛśī stutirbrahmādīnāmapi tadavasannāstvayi giraḥ । athavācyaḥ sarvaḥ svamatipariṇāmāvadhi gṛṇanmamāpyeṣa stotre hara nirapavādaḥ parikaraḥ ॥ 1 ॥ he hara tava mahimno mahatvasya paraṃ pāraṃ atyarthamavasānaṃ aviduṣaḥ ajānataḥ puruṣasya stutiḥ ya himna sadṛśī ananurūpā bhūyāt tarhi brahmādīnāmapi vācaḥ tvayi tvadviṣaye avasannāḥ kuṃṭhitāḥ atheti pṛcchati sarvaḥ samastaḥ puruṣaḥ svamatipariṇāmāvadhi yathā bhavati tathā gṛṇanstu
