Page - 124, l - 9; hariḥ om। avighnam astu। śubham astu। siddhāntasārāvalīmūlam - oṅkāranilayaṃ devaṃ gajavaktraṃ caturmukham। pracaṇḍi - - - mahaṃ vande sarvavighnopaśāntaye। gurave sarvalokānāṃ bhiṣaje bhavarogiṇām nidhaye sarvavidyānāṃ śrīdakṣiṇāmūrtaye namaḥ।
