praṇipatya maheśānaṃ saśaktiṃ sagaṇaṃ gurūn। gurūditena mārgeṇa dīkṣāvidhiranūcayaet॥ atha yathoktalakṣaṇa ācārya uktalakṣaṇaṃ śiṣyaṃ labdhvā vihitakāle vihitadeśe yāgāṅgāni dravyāṇyāhṛtya maṇḍapādi yathoktalakṣaṇaṃ vidhāya............

.......ṭatpuruṣamantreṇa darbhapuṣpe kṣiptvā paścimapiṇḍasyopari aghoreṇa darbhapuṣpe kṣiptvā vāmadevena piṇḍatrayaṃ saṃspṛśya madhyapiṇḍaṃ saṃgṛhya skandapitṛbhyo(aḥ) piṇḍandadāmi pūrvapiṇḍaṃ saṃgṛhya gaṇeśapitṛbhyaḥ piṇḍaṃ dadāmi paścimapiṇḍaṃ saṃgṛhya caṇḍapitṛbhyo(aḥ) piṇḍandadāmi iti pratyekaṃ triprakāraṃ dattvā paścādevamaṣṭapuṣpeṇa sampūjya parāṅmukhārghyandattvā paścāt pāṣāṇakumbhe puṇyatīrthe vinikṣipet। pāṣāṇasthāpanavidhissamāptaḥ॥ oṃ hrīṃ sphura sphura ghoratara tanurūpa tanurūpa caṭa caṭa pracaṭa pracaṭa kaha kaha vama vama bant(d)ha bandha ghātaya ghātaya huṃ phaṭ। rudrabaliḥ॥
