This text describes the sādākhya forms of śiva which are śivasādākhya, amūrtisādākhya, mūrtisādākhya, kartṛsādākhya and karmasādākhya. The text is in Tamil verse and prose. This contains a commentary different from the one found in the Ptd. text. Fol. 105a-106b contain has some fragments of the Tamil work sadāśivarūpa and commentary, fol. 107a contains some hymns of tiruvācakam. In fol.108a there are verses giving the names of 63 nāyannmār-s. Fol. 109a-b contains some verses from periyapurāṇa
