This text contains an account of the world grouped into 7 kinds each having 8 component parts. The names of 7 groups are given as jñānaṣṭaka, kriyāṣṭaka, yogāṣṭaka, devayonyaṣṭaka, bhūtayonyaṣṭaka, bhūtaṣṭaka and śatāṣṭaka. The words iti svāyambhuve at the end suggests the source for this treatment. However the available text of svāyambhuva names them as guhyāṣṭaka, śudhāṣṭaka, devāṣṭaka, puryāṣṭaka, yogāṣṭaka, mahādevāṣṭaka and svāṅguṣṭhāṣṭaka (T. 1019 pp.347-348). Guhya, pavitra, sthāna, devayoni and puri are the only 5 kinds mentioned in the suprabheda
