This text tells the procedure for installing the manuscript of an āgama for worship. Thepalm-leaves on which an āgama text is written are to be kept bound together with wooden boards on both sides and kept intact with chords. The consecration is done in the same manner as in the case of idols by erecting a pavilion, doing homa, etc., and then worshipping the manuscript.
