sanatkumāraḥ bhagavannandikeśāna śivadharmaparāyaṇa pañcākṣarasya māhātmyaṃ vada śaivaparāyaṇa॥ nandikeśvara uvāca। pañcākṣarasamo mantro nāsti nāsti mahāmune। mahādevasamo nāsti yathā devo jagattraye॥

upamanyussamāno'sya nānyaḥ kaścana vidyate। upamanyussukeśaśca sānandaśca mahāśuciḥ॥ śivabhaktāstrayastulyāssatyameva na saṃśayaḥ। iti skānde purāṇe sānandacarito nāma navatitamo'dhyāyaḥ॥ śrīgurubhyo namaḥ।
