Miscellaneous Notes
This text deals with the anantavrata in which viṣṇu is worshipped. It is celebrated on the 14 th day of the bright fortnight of the bhādrapada (Sept.-Oct.). The next under notice is the same as printed in vratacuḍāmaṇi. Pub. by subrahmaṇya Sāstrin, Madras, 1905, PP.217-222, and is almost similar to GOML.D.8180

kṛtvā darbhamayandevaṃ vārānnīdhisamanvitam। phaṇasaptāṅkitaṃ devaṃ piṅgalākṣañcaturbhujam। dakṣiṇāgrakre padmaṃ śṅkhaṃ dadyā(t?) prathaḥ (pṛthak?) kare। chatramūrdhvakare vāme gadāñcaiva prathaḥ (pṛthak?) kare।
