This title as well as the colophon of this text indicate that this stotra contains 10 verses, but actually this contains 12 śloka-s in praise of ambā who is the same as gaurī. It is printed by dakṣiṇāmūrtimaṭha, vārīṇasī. pp.43-47. The printed edn. contains 11 śloka-s in an order different from the text under notice. This is the same as GOML.D.9584

oṃ līlārabdhasthāpitalabdhā (luptā) khilalokāṃ lokātītair yogibhir antaś cirad ṛgbhyām (mṛgyām) bālādityaśreṇisamāna(dyuti)-pūjāṃ (puñjām) gaurīm ambām amburuhākṣim aham īḍe॥1॥ pratyāhāradhyānasamādhisthitibhājāṃ nityañ citte nivṛttikāṣṭhāṃ kalayantīm। satyajñānānandamayīntāṃ tanumadhyāṃ gaurīm ambām amburuhākṣīm aham īḍe॥2॥

nityaśuddho niṣkala eko jagadiśa sākṣī yassyāt(ḥ) saṃrga(sargavidhau) vidheyaussaṃhari(k)ane ca viśvavatrāṇakrīḍanalolāṃ śiva padmāṃ gaurīm ambām amburuhākṣīm aham īḍe॥11॥ prātaḥ kāle pāvita(bhāvavi)śuddhaḥ praṇī(a)tānāṃ bhaktyā nityaṃ jalpita gaurīṃ daśakam vā(yaḥ)। vācā siddhaṃ sampadamuccai(ś)śivabhaktiṃ tasyāvaśyaṃ parvataputrī vidadhāntāṃ gaurīm ambām amburuhākṣīm aham īḍe॥12॥ ambāgaurīdaśakaṃ saṃpūrṇam॥
