vande santatadāneśaṃ sāmbaśālipradīśvaram। śāntaṃ prasannavadanaṃ candrārdhakṛtaśekharam। kāmikādyāgamoktena mārgeṇa śucinādhunā pūjānukramaṇiśśambho sāmbasya kriyate sphuṭam। ācāryasya prātassamayātdhunā pūjānukramaṇiśśambho sāmbasya kriyate sphuṭam। ācāryasya prātas samayāt pūrvaṃ pañcanāḍikāvacchedane utthāpanaṃ yathāsambhavaṃ śaucavidhiḥ। śuddhe pūrvaṃ pañcanāḍikāvacchedane utthāpanaṃ yathāsambhavaṃ śaucavidhiḥ। śuddhe āsane udaṅmukho bhūtvā sthitaḥ kiñcit bhasmadhāraṇaṃ hṛtpadme dvādaśānte vā śivadhyānam। namaśśivāya śarvāya devāya paramātmane। sadaikarūparūpāya vikalparahitāya te॥
