dhanur māse uṣa[ḥ]kāle yat kiñcit pūjayet śivam। dvādaśaputrakaṃ puṇyaṃ didanekan tu[dinam ekan tu?] tat samam। āvāhanāsanan dattvā dvādaśaṃ mātrasaṃyutam। pādyan tu pañcamātraṃ syāt trimātram ācamanan tathā। ekamātraṃ bhaved arghyaṃ kṣaṇamātraṃ gandhalepanam।

sāyāne[hne] śivam abhyarcya vaiśyānāṃ hitam eva ca। viṣṇuprītikarāṇān tu saukhyāhitam eva ca। ardharātraṃ samabhyarcya śūdrāṇāṃ hitam eva ca। rakṣārthaṃ gauri[rī]samprīti ityete phalam ucyate।
