annapūjāvidhiṃ vakṣye śṛṇusva janārdanaḥ( )। vaiśākhe ca kalāpūrṇe viśākhāntañ ca pakṣakam। sampūjya devadeveśaṃ pūjayen mūlaberakaiḥ[ke?]।

evaṃ vijñāpya sarveṣāṃ mūlabere viśeṣataḥ। sadanaṃ khaṭ[ḍ]gasamprokṣya brahmaviṣṇuharādhipāḥ[pān?]। .....ḍraja(?)kriyāsaha saṃyuktam astradevaṃ samarcayet। naivedyadhūpadīpañ ca upacārāṇi sarvaśaḥ। gaṇapataye namaḥ। sarasvatyai namaḥ। gurubhyo namaḥ।
