oṃ hāṃ sauramūrttaye namaḥ। rādeṇḍa nemaḥ [daṇḍine namaḥ?]। oṃ piṅgalāya namaḥ। oṃ gaṇapataye namaḥ। om aṃ gurave namaḥ। om aṃ prabhutāsanāya namaḥ।

paścimānanasya varadahaste jñānakhaṭ[ḍ]gaṃ samarpyā[pya] prārthayet। anekavighnasambhūtaṃ + oṃ huṃ hāṃ sadāśivagurave namaḥ। anantagurave namaḥ। śrīkaṇṭhagurave namaḥ। śrīdevyai namaḥ। [o]ṃ guhāya namaḥ। viṣṇave namaḥ। baṃmaṇe [brahmaṇe?] namaḥ। dhūpadīpau dattvā। maṇḍapamadhye śivamāvāhyādyupacārais [āvāhya pādyādyupacārais?] sampūjya। nīrāñjanaṃ [nīrājanaṃ kṛtvā homaṃ kṛtvā।
