iti śrīmat ṣaṭ sahasrakālottare mahātantre mahāpāśupatāstrapaṭalaḥ। īśvara uvāca : athātaḥ pāśupate māhāpāśupātastraṃ vakṣyāmi tad yathā oṃ haḥ huṃ phaṭ oṃ klīṃ hu[ṃ?] phaṭ kṣmīṃ phaṭ kṣaḥ phaṭ krīṃ phaṭ hūḥ phaṭ strīḥ phaṭ sṛḥ phaṭ ṣṭhīṃ phaṭ.......

api dhā[tā?]vat bhavec chabdaṃ prathamāhutilekhake(?)। laśunagandhaṃ bhaved agniḥ kṣayarogam avāpnuyāt। hingugandhaṃ bhaved agni sarvameham avāpnuyāt। pūtigandhaṃ bhaved agnim[ḥ?] mahājvaram āpnuyāt। amedhyagandhaṃ bhaved agner bhagāndarām(?) maraṇaṃ bhavet।
