nāgapratiṣṭhāvidhir ucyate। kākavandhyā mṛtavandhyā mṛtakākavandhyo[ā]va[vā](?) taddoṣanāgapratiṣṭhāvidhir ucyate……..śubhadine sulagne vā caturthyāṃ yāṃ [?} bhānuvāre āśleṣānakṣatre vā pratiṣṭhā[ṃ] kṛtvā kartā snānam………ṣaṃkalpapūrvakaṃ nāgadeṣaprāya'scittārthaṃ………

pratidinaṃ pūjāṃ kārayet। bhūri-(?)yathāśakti dattvā brāhmaṇabhojanaṃ yathāśakti dattvā ācāryaṃ pūjayet iti brahmāṇḍapu[rāṇe] śaiva-prokte [śivaprokta?]nāgapratiṣṭhāvidhi[s]samāptaḥ। vāsukī takṣakakārkoṭakau śaṅkhagulipadma………ete aṣṭo(au) nāgaḥ॥
