cāmuṇḍyādhvaravṛttakuṇḍakaraṇaṃ yonistu durgādhvare durgābhairavakau trikoṇakaraṇam। śrī vīrabhadrādhvare kuṇḍadvādaśamukhyakoṇakaraṇaṃ viṣṇordaśāśrantato pañcāśrantu gajāsya ṣaṇmukhamakhau ṣaṭkoṇakuṇḍaṃ vidhiḥ॥

indrasyeśāna madhye sthitavidhṛta pumān vṛttakuṇde śivāgniḥ tasminnivāravaṃśairhuta samidhā madhye palāśair hunet। astraiśānanetraṃ tadanu śivamanuṃ sarvasiddhipradañca evaṃ bhāvārthayukto dṛḍhataramatimān bhāvayet deśikenanavakuṇḍahomam [ḥ] samāptaḥ॥
