Fol - 116a, l - 1; suprabhede śaivotpatti caryāpādam (in margin) । martyānāṃ malanāśāyā[nāśāya] teṣāmuktyartham ukta vaḥ । prārthapūjanārthāye[pūjanārthāya] pareṣāṃ bodhanāya ca । sthāpanā prokṣaṇā dīkṣā vidhinā kṛtya mauraṇāt yo śaivā nirmitā yena śivena paramātmanā ।
