This text deals with verious nyāsa-s as; mātṛkānyāsa, karaśuddhinyāsa, ātmarakṣānyāsa, catrutāsananyāsa etc.The last one of this text śrīcaranyāsa; is attributed to nityārṇava. After this text folios, 21a - 22a records some mantras as; śuklavidyāmantra, tattvamantra etc., under the title "pariśiṣṭam"

Fol - 3a, l - 1; nyāsaprakaraṇam। etanmudrāḥ mudrāprakaraṇe uktapūrvāḥ। tatradau mātṛkā nyāsaḥ। asya śrīmātṛkānyāsamahāmantrasya brahmaṇe ṛṣaye namaḥ śirasi। gāyatrai chandase namaḥ mukhe, śrīmātṛkāsarasvatīdevatāyai namaḥ hṛdaye॥

Fol - 20b, l - 1; japtvā punaḥ karāṅganyāsaṃ kuryāt। iti nityārṇavokta śrīcakranyāsaḥ। imau ṣoḍācakranyāsau śrīṣoḍaśākṣaryā api sādhāraṇau। iti nyāsaprakaraṇaṃ pañcamaṃ samāptam। japaprakaraṇārambhaṃ anyapustake draṣṭavyam॥
