Manuscript Beginning
mṛtyulāṅgulamahāmantrasya ulūkhalāṅgala ṛṣiḥ anuṣṭup chandaḥ kālāgnirudro devatā। kauṃ bījaṃ śaktiḥ sauṃ kīlakam। mṛtyuprityarthe jape viniyogaḥ। athāto yogajihvā me madhuvādinī ahameva kālo nāhaṃ kālasya ṛtaṃ satyaṃ varavṛṣabhāya........kapālāya paśupataye namo namaḥ॥
