This text dealing with the characterstics of an ācārya, begins with śloka 58b ch. 26 of the printed edition of the kāraṇāgama (CP). At the end it gives the beginning śloka-s as found in the printed edition. It agrees partially with IFP.T. 313(A), ch.19
Manuscript Beginning
ācāryalakṣaṇaṃ vakṣye liṅgasaṃsthāpanāya .......śaivaṃ catur vidhaṃ jñeyaṃ śaivaṃ pāśupatam tathā। somaṃ lākulam ity ete catur bhaedāḥ prakīrtitāḥ। eteṣu sarvabhedeṣu yadā yenaiva dīkṣitāḥ। tantreṇa tena kartavya[s] sthāpanādikriyās tathā। ekena dīkṣitas tveṣu sarvān vai sthāpanādikān। yaḥ karotyanya tantreṇa tatntrasaṃkara ucyate।

māyāmalaṃ ca samaye viśeṣaḥ karmanāśanam। nirvāṇai[ś]cāṇavaṃ caiva abhiṣeke ca vāsanāḥ sthāpatiś ca svayaṃ mātā sthabhako[sthāpako?] tad vidhāya ca। mantrabindusamāyogān[āt?] prakṛtipāvakeśvaraḥ। iti kāraṇe pratiṣṭhātantre ācāryalakṣaṇavidhipaṭalaḥ।
