This text describes the procedure for worshipping daily the śivaliṅga made of clay. It seems to have been written for one ramakrishna born in the asterism maghā. According to the saṃkalpa this worship was performed by him with the intention of getting a healthy child. It is based on smṛti texts

yat kṛtaṃ ya[t?]smṛtaṃ yad uktaṃ tat sarvaṃ madīyañ ca sakalaṃ asmat svāmine śrīsāmba'sivāya tubhyaṃ samarpayāmi। udyāpanam āvāhanamantreṇa hṛt padmakarṇikāmadhye ambayā saha śaṃkara। praviśa śrīmahāde[va] sarvair ābharaṇais [sarvair āvaranais?] sahā[ha]। amamanaṃ[ācamanam?] oṃ tat sat brahmārpaṇam।
