asya śrīdakṣiṇakālīmahāmantrasya bhairava ṛṣiḥ। uṣṇik ś( )ca [cha]ndaḥ। bhadrakālī devatā। hrīṃ bījam। vīṃ śaktiḥ। krīṃ kīlakam। catur vidhaphalaprasādasiddhyarthe jape viniyogaḥ।

aghorīndram uttiṣṭhagāmbhīryātiśayena yasya jagatante trāstimānaṃ gatāpratayasya(?) navaīnatāṃ bhajati yat padme yamapamāsījjagatrājat kesaritāṃ samudram analaṃ yajja samavyabjaguḥśeśete yassavibhāvarīśa rucirā kuryāt ścamaśraṃ śivaḥ। iti dakṣiṇakālīmantraḥ। hariḥ om।
