Fol - 1, col - 1; asya śrīrudrasahasranāmastotra mahāmantrasya vāmadevaṛṣiḥ anuṣṭup chandaḥ subharudrodevatā । oṃ bījaṃ naṃ śakti maṃ kīlakaṃ śrībhogamokṣaprasādasiddhyarthe jape viniyogaḥ ॥
