Fol - 214a, l - 1; śrīgaṇeśamūlamantraṃ । oṃ śrīṃ hrīṃ kḷīṃ gauṃ gaṃ gaṇapataye vara varada sarvajanaṃ meva [eva] samānaya svāhā । śuddhapañcākṣara mūlam । oṃ namaśivāya । śaktipañcākṣaramūlam । oṃ hrīṃ namaś śivāya ॥
