Fol - 253a, l - 1; ācāryo mūrtipaissaha svasvadi [?] ... tvā kuṇḍasya vāmabhāge sūtranāḷi ... [keracu] tapa ... dyairalaṃkṛtyaśāntikumbhān saṃsthāpya praṇavāsanaṃ saṃpūjya । oṃ haḥ astragāmbhinyai namaḥ । ityāsana mūlimūlaṃ saṃpūjya ।
