Copied from a MS belonging to Ayyamani Sivacharya, Tiruvadanai, No. 13 or (19?). Here kātyāyanīlakṣaṇa, ambikālakṣaṇa, antarīlakṣaṇa, kāmalakṣaṇa, bhairavadhyāna etc. are each given in single verses; later the umāmaheśvarapūjā, nāgagāyatrī aghoramūlamantra, ātmavidyāśivatattvanāma-s are also given. There are two extra pages at the beginning which contain the list of contents
