Page - 13, l - 1; durgāpūjāprayogaḥ ॥ dīpanamaskāra (on the margin) । oṃ śrīpañcadurgāmūrtividhiṃ likhyate । āsanaprāṇāyamasaṃkalpaṃ kṛtvā । jalaśuddhiṃ kṛtvā । aṣṭadalapadmaṃ kṛtvā । taduttare guru dakṣiṇe gaṇapatipūjāṃ kuryāt । saṃkalpaṃ kṛtvā । śrīpañcadurgāprītyartahṃ tadaṅgagurugaṇapatipūjām kariṣye ।
