ataḥ paraṃ pravakṣyāmi aghorasthāpanaṃ param। sarvaśatrukṣayakaraṃ sarvapāpapraṇāśanam। āyuśśrīkīrtivijayaṃ sarvadāśāsyavardhanam। brahmarākṣasapaiśācaca bhūtaved[t]āLanāśanam॥

vāmapārśve tu saṃyuktaṃ sthāpanañca yathākramam। agastyañca pulastyañca sarva........... sanātaśca vāmapārśve tu sthāpayet। evameva krameṇaiva pratiṣṭhāṃ kārayettadā। ihaiva putrvān srīmān so'nte sāyujyamāpnuyāt। iti umātilake aghorasthāpanapaṭalaḥ। hariḥ oṃ śubhamastu। śrīgurubhyo namaḥ॥
