There is a note regarding the source of this transcript at the end (p. 295), which reads: " Copied from a MS belonging to - 11-77, 1, 8, 1, 3-12 fol. (The last by counting), 14.5 x 6 cm. 19-22 lines per page. Palm leaf (śritāla). Tulu script, very small, [written] in more than one hand. It is about 1700 A.D. " Threre are 4 pages at the beginning, of which the first 3 pages record the contents of the text and the 4th page gives a tentative title for the text

Page - 1, l - 1; śrī । cannasadāśivayogiviracitā śivayogapradīpikā । śrī । amoghā bhagaviccā ca caturthyaṃ tu bhageśvarīm । evaṃ cakragatā divye avanīyaṃ bhagāntare ॥ mahāliṅgaṃ maheśāna candramattāmratadravaiḥ । arcayāmi bhavedgātra mataḥ śāntiṃ prayaccha me ॥1॥ mahāliṅgaṃ mheśāna candragarbhāmṛtadravaiḥ । arcayāmi bhavedgatramataḥ śāntiṃ prayaccha me ॥ 2॥
