Expiatory rituals for the neglect of or for the lapses in the ārdrāvrata festival and also for some other lapses are briefly treated in this text. It is almost the same as that found in IFP.T.40, pp. 130-131
Manuscript Beginning
ataḥ paraṃ pravakṣyāmi prāyaścittavidhikramam। ārdrāmāsavihīne ca ghaṭikāhīnāmake। māsapakṣārthavārādiviparītañ ca saṃgṛhet। sasyānāṃ nāśanaṃ proktaṃ gogajānāṃ canāśanam। mahābhiṣekaṃ kartavyaṃ rudramantraṃ śataṃ japet।

gaurībījaṃ śataṃ japtvā śeṣaṃ karmāṇi yojayet। śūdrādīnāṃ śunāṃ dhāpe(?) snapanaṃ tatra kārayet। matya(?)śṛṅgādihīnañ ca cāgninā keśahīnakam। uttarasya vihīnañ ca śāntihomaṃ samācaret। tad bījānāṃ prāyaścittam ihocyate। iti svāyambhuve prāyaścittavidhipaṭalaḥ।
