This text deals with elaborately with the nīlakaṇṭhatryakṣarīmantra and the worship of nīlakaṇṭha in eleven chapters. The colophon makes it to be part of the mṛtasañjīvinīsaṃhitā. It is almost the same as GOML.D.7899 and 7900. The colophon sometimes mentions kalpa and sometimes vidyā

hariśrīgaṇapataye namaḥ। śrīrāmacandrasvāmisahāyam। nīlakaṇṭhatriyakṣarīmahāmantrasya aruṇa ṛṣiḥ tṛṣṭupchandaḥ। nīlakaṇṭho devatā। proṃ bījam। nrīṃ śaktiḥ। ṭhaṃ kīlakam। mama nīlakaṇṭhaprasādasiddhyarthe jape viniyogaḥ।
