This text, forming part of the vidveṣasaṃhitā, one of the upāgama-s of the kāraṇāgama, deals with the consecration of the chariot. This is the same as that found in IFP.T.359, pp. 182-186 with variants

atha vakṣye viśeṣeṇa rathānāṃ sthāpanaṃ śṛṇu। devānāṃ bhūsurāṇāṃ ca nṛpāṇāṃ ca vi'seṣataḥ। devāna.....r̤thāya yajanādisukarmasu। rājā yad dhāreṇa vaṃ(?) syāt tribhedaṃ ratham ucyate। devānāṃ tu vi'seṣeṇa pratiṣṭhākarma.......ṇtu rathanirmāṇaṃ phalaṃ teṣāṃ vadāmyaham। sāyujyaphalam āpnoti sarvatīrthaphalapradam। sarvayajñaphalaṃ caiva iṣṭa[kā]myaphavidhivat sthāpayet sarve kṛtvārohaṇam ārabhet।

gaṇeśasya nivedyārtham avighnaṃ prārthayet[d] dvijā[ja]ḥ। pūjayed devadeveśaṃ vastrābharaṇabhūṣitam। grāmādiṣu viśeṣeṇa rathārambhaṃ śivasya tu। ihalokam āvāpnuyāt। iti kāraṇe upabhedavidveṣasaṃhitāyāṃ rathapratiṣṭhāvidhipaṭalaḥ।
