This text contains 5 paṭala-s of the vātulāgama. Fols. [8-20] and [22-29] (original numbers) are lost. Among the five paṭala-s four have colophons. Two fly-leaves at the beginning give the contents of this Ms.; fols. [6b-7a] contain a list of 32 dāna-s; fols. [8a-9a], śivadhyāna; fol. [29b], a brief account of the utsavasamāpti; fols. [122b-123a], identification of various parts of the pedestal with different śakti-s; fols. [123b-124a] yogapañcākṣarādi and the 5 kinds of āsana-s like siṃhāsana and yogāsana and yogāsana; fol. [127a], annapūjāvidhi and japalakṣaṇa; fol. [134a], a few lines on prāyaścittalakṣaṇa and bhaktotsavavidhi; fol. [140b], śaktibalipīṭhapūjana; fol. [147], liṅgaśuddhikrama; fol. [161a], a list of purāṇa-s fols. [161b-164a], a list of materials for pādya, etc. that are used in the worship; fol. [174] contains a list of topics on śaivism and names of some works

atheda........jñ[āna?]ṃ pravartate puṃsāṃ kathaṃ vādyanta[vātyanta?] durlabham। tat jñānaṃ ........śanam। y[ā]....ṭryoḥ। tathāpi lakṣaṇaṃ jñānam evam etat parāparam।

tato homaṃ parkartavyaṃ samidājyais tu pūrvavat। mahānaivedyasaṃyuktāṃ pūjā.......ḥmaṇān bhojayen nityaṃ yathā dakṣiṇayā saha। evaṃ pratidinaṃ kuryāt pūjāhomādisaṃyutam। māsaṃ vārdhamāsaṃ vā rudrāhaṃ vā navāhakam। saptāhaṃ vā pañca[ā]hatriyahaṃ vā samācaret। evaṃ yaḥ.......karmaphalam āpnuyāt। iti vātulākhye mahātantre śītakumbhavidhipaṭalaḥ।
